Processing Time

• Non-Customized Products: 3-5 business days
• Customizable Products: 2-4 weeks to ensure your specifications are met perfectly

Shipping Methods & Costs Due to the custom nature and size of our fabrication projects, we offer specialized freight shipping to ensure your order arrives safely:

• Freight Shipping: Calculated based on project size, weight, and destination

Shipping costs are determined individually for each custom project and will be provided as a quote before your order is finalized. Larger fabrication projects may require special handling, crating, or white-glove delivery service.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Total delivery time = processing time + freight transit time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with delivery details once your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
